Each module is accompanied by an ACTIONABLE workbook, exercises and activities, and a painting tutorial to create art that reflects the true lesson and serves as an ever-present reminder of your accomplishments in anxiety relief.
In these modules, you’ll learn how to neutralize anxiety’s power so you can make your own decisions. We share our stories, teach you a new ANXIETY TOOLKIT, provide you with encouragement and quite a few laughs. You can re-watch each video as often as you’d like and you will have lifetime access to our private, confidential group where you can connect and share what you are learning with others participating in the course.

Here we explore the science behind anxiety & how therapeutic art can be a powerful coping mechanism for anxiety. We will teach you beginner painting techniques and how art can ease your angsty mind.

During this module, we do a deep dive to discover your anxiety triggers and evaluate your responses to sudden challenges. You will create a personalized anxiety action plan to cope with your anxiety in a positive way!
Discover the importance of mindfulness when coping with anxiety, and learn how to identify emotions and express them through art.

Here we explore how your past shapes your current experiences with anxiety. You will examine how to successfully live in the present and conquer your worries and fears to thrive!
